Attentive staff and modern 4 star hotel.

Nice modern and clean hotel but the neighbourhood wasn’t as nice as I’d hoped. Not too far from the Metro and 10 minutes walk to Milan Central train station as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hairdryer didn’t work, but they got it sorted within minutes and made a steamer available as there were no irons in the rooms. Would recommend hotel to other couples and the large bed and air aircon made the stay comfortable.

Not far from central easy transport links was able to get into duomo and como with easy from this location breakfast was good went above and beyond for me can’t fault it first time in Milan I will stay here when the price is right value for money probably the best

It was good, modern, new, clean but still some areas under construction with dust. Should be good to add the service of coffee and tea and water at least at te room because the prices are expensive.

It is brand new and very clean! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was modern comfortable and clean. The only thing I would change is that they have motion sensitive lights inside the room and bathroom, so whenever someone rolls in bed or goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights turn on and everyone wakes up.

This is a new hotel near to main train station (Centrale FS), 15 min. by walk. Close to Sondrio metro station (orange line, 10 min. by walk) which can lead you to duomo square. The restoration / construction is almost over, still there are some minor things to be done in the hotel but these will not be disturb your stay. Daily trips from Milan to Como or to St Moritz through Bernina expres etc. usually starts / moves in front of main train station (Centrale FS) that's why this hotel can be a good option to stay if you have such plans in Milan.

I was looking for an affordable hotel during salone which is imposible this was my option thinking I may was not going to get something very nice, it did exceed my expectations from clean, look, location, staff, the housekeeper, and as an interior designer the design and aesthetic amazing. It is under construction but it didn’t bother me I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever. Great highly recommend

Decent hotel, just noisy!

Good hotel for a short city break. Condition was good, just slightly basic but okay for a couple of nights. Our main complaint was the noise, not just of surrounding building works which we understand may be unavoidable, but also loud bangs from within the hotel before 6am. This was pretty consistent until we left for the day and made sleep pretty difficult.

Our stay was mostly fine — nice location, and overall experience was positive. However, the major downside was that the electricity was cut off at 12:00 PM, exactly at check-out time, even though we had confirmed staying an extra hour. They refused to turn it back on in the room, which was frustrating and totally unnecessary. It felt absurd, especially when we were still in the room with permission to stay longer. That moment really soured the end of our stay, unfortunately. But aside from that issue, everything else was okay.

Not as good as pictures look.

If you book this thinking you are getting luxury then think again. There is no tea/coffee in the room. No hand soap and poor quality bedding. Had one poor quality pillow. The room is clean and TV good but for me this is quite a basic hotel in terms of quality and stuff in the room. Glad we didn’t pay that much for it.

NOT RECOMMENDED !! The hotel is not ready at all. False photos for the double room, it’s much smaller, not a king bed as stated and the TV was faulty. No amenities in the room, water bottles in the fridge are charged 3€ with no label indication. The water overflows from shower due to bad fitting-out. The location is not very convenient and the area is not very nice.

Definitely deserving its 4*!

Would definitely stay here again! All the staff were so kind, helpful & patient, especially given the lang. barrier. The hotel is very clean & I felt safe solo. Great shower pressure + tempt too & I slept like a baby. (context I’m a Brit) the breakfast was the only significant let down - the pastries & range of pancakes + sweet foods were great! But the hot food: pancake, veg mix, sausage/beef balls & what appeared to be a variation of baked beans were cold & tasteless so I’d manage expectations or get breakfast elsewhere if I wanted meats. The tiles on the some of the floors in the bedrooms may have a slight stain that looks like dirt (but the floor & everything else is immaculately cleaned). I raised this w/the staff & they explained that their builders messed up some tiles (the stains are like part of the tiles). As it was very obviously still a clean floor, I wouldn’t mind staying in a room with it at all. Just mentioning incase your room has it & it’s an initial shock lool

+ : helpfull staff, minimalist design - : BIG LIGHTS FLAW : slept poorly the first night (big design mistake as some lights in the room are only automatic and kept turning on the whole night. At 3am staff had to scotch a piece of paper on the ceiling to block it. System needs to be changed. Bathroom light cannot be turned off. - not ready, dust everywhere, construction noise - acoustics are medium (noises from room upstairs and adjacent quite noticeable) - no commercial gesture despite a terrible first night

We hadn’t realised that the hotel had only opened in March. Unfortunately the frontage was still being worked on and we had to be directed to an alternative entrance as the entrance was closed off and was a work site. This changed before we left and cleared. The bar/restaurant area was modern with very attentive staff. We had dinner twice. The food was prepared quickly and was tasty and well presented. We didn’t try the breakfast, at 16 Euros each, we walked along the road to an excellent cafe. The room was modern with a large, comfortable bed and adjoining en-suite shower room with power shower. There was no instructions visible regarding what to do in the event of a fire. We couldn’t use a credit card in the bar and had to pay on departure at reception. The hotel was within 9 minutes of the Metro and about 17 minutes from the Central Station. There were no drawers for clothes though there was a hanging rail for clothes. A mini bar and safe in room. No welcome pack about the hotel services, although a QR code gave brief details, some information for places to visit for tourists would be good. The hotel suited us well for the 3 nights we stayed.

Generelt veldig bra. Ikke lydisolerte rom, så noe støy. Relativt langt unna bykjernen, men ganske nærme Milano centrale. Buss rett utenfor og metro litt lenger unna. Sengene var ok, putene noe flate. Veldig vennlig ansatte og 24 timers resepsjon.

Vi brukar aldrig klaga men denna gången måste vi. När vi kom till hotellet sa personalen att de skulle uppgradera oss till ett bättre rum. Vi skulle ha utsikt mot staden men hade bara mot ett hus sim var under renovering. Rummet var jätte dammigt. Tv:n kunde man inte titta på pga räckena som var framför sängarna. Duschen droppade hela natten. Vi ville i te ens ha en uppgradering på rummet. Inte värt hälften av pengarna vi gav. Allmänt hotellet var bra och frukosten och personalen var jättebra.
