Husband had COVID-19 asked to cancel and requested a refund hotel said to contact hotel.com as they had our money. Did that and it's a week later with no yes no answer just an Im sorry email? We always stay at Hampton in Shakopee when we have the opportunity! One of the BEST! Super clean! Super friendly staff- they go above and beyond always! And the free breakfast is wonderful!
