Family Friendly Resort

Excellent family friendly resort. There was plenty of things for the kids to do and the walk to the beach was short. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely book again.

All around WONDERFUL!

Our family had the best time!! The rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly and welcoming to us, and the property had so much for us to do!! The tiki bar was awesome! I love how they serve non alcoholic drinks and so did the kids!! We said when we come back we will definitely stay here again!

The room was cool, clean and had an adequately stocked kitchen. Not food or ice but pots and pans. Not being allowed to smoke on the balcony is very inconvenient. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Overall a very relaxing vacation with lots of steps. We will stay again with grandkids next time.

Loved our stay. Hated to leave and will return. Always felt safe and everything was convenient. Beach front with view from room was a plus and for accommodations price was fair. I would say however, when front desk collects $100 cash deposit they should provide a receipt for thins.

Staff is great!

The staff is AMAZING and that is what really made the experience a positive. It is an older resort on the veach, so signs of wear and tear. Our first room was not acceptable and needed a big overhaul. Keri at the front desk showed us other rooms and quickly changed us to ensure a pleasant stay. Amenities are great. They are also in process of remodeling rooms.

This hotel is in need of upgrading. The pictures are deceiving on the hotel website. It’s old and smells like musk. Our AC leaked in one room and didn’t work in another. We stayed in a 2 bedroom that slept 10 people and there was only one bathroom

Unclear pet policy

Their pet policy isn’t clear and after arriving you can’t have anything over 25 lbs, have to bring your dog in for an inspection, absolutely crazy. A huge inconvenience and they will not refund as of today. Very frustrating in the middle of the night and have to go elsewhere and now out of $500.
