Stedet var rent og pænt. Værelset var i god stand, men der kunne godt have været et bord og et par stole mere, da der var meget gulvplads, der ikke blev brugt til noget. Poolområdet og fitnesslokalet var ganske udmærket. Morgenmadsbuffeten var god og varieret.

Positiv: Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Baustelle nebenan ist kaum zu hören. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist reichlich und frisch. Hotelbar ist lange geöffnet. Termine für Massagen sind kurzfristig möglich. Kurze Wegstrecke zur Stadt und auch zum Strand. Negativ: Reinigungskraft kommt am Morgen sehr früh. Waschbecken läuft nicht ab. Duftspray in Flur - Geruch sehr aufdringlich. Handwerker klopfen früh ab 8 Uhr im Hotel. Zimmer mit Balkon schaut in den Innenhof - das sollte bei der Buchung angegeben werden. Parksituation ist schwierig. Nachbarzimmer hört man teilweise sehr.

Pool und Fitnesstudio waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen, ohne das vorab darüber informiert wurde. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar ist total unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Lediglich der junge Mann an der Rezeption war stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir kennen das Hotel von früheren Aufenthalten und sind sehr enttäuscht. Es kommt in die Jahre und es wird nichts investiert. Sehr schade. Definitiv keine 5 Sterne!

Großzügige Zimmer (Maisonette). Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Der Pool Bereich (9-21 Uhr mit Mittagspause) mit zwei Saunen ist gerade für die kalte Jahreszeit optimal. Das Personal am Empfang & im Spa war Top. Das Frühstückspersonal & auch die Bademeister wirkten eher gestresst und unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und für alles war etwas dabei. Abendessen ist z. B. in Buffetform möglich für ca. 25 EUR. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, in guten 10 Minuten an der Seebrücke und in gut 15 Minuten am Kolberger Dom!
