Outside hotel is sketchy vacant lot lots of homeless sleeping on sidewalk. Inside lobby is nice but no elevator have to carry luggage up & down stairs. Worse part was finding hair inside bathroom hand towel...not ours! Disgusting! Have photos but cant add them here. Wonder why?!

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. We were hoping to have access to more restaurant options and self-serve laundry facilities. The person who was attending the front desk the evening and following morning (Feb 13-14) was very helpful.

They held our bags until check in, very grateful for that. The whole hotel is scented, so if you are sensitive to floral smells, you should probably avoid it. The staff was all friendly and helpful
