Overall a great stay. Facilities were great (nice pool area, gym was good, unit was spacious, clean and well stocked). Very walkable to get groceries and coffee. Not a lot of nearby dining options but Uber was readily available and inexpensive. Highly recommend

This place was nothing short of amazing .. if you're looking for a luxury home away from home this is the place to go everything from three outdoor pools tennis courts basketball court grocery nearby and peace and quiet I will return here any day it was a pleasure staying here

It was worth it!

I was glad I went with this property. It was a home away from home. They provided everything you needed to be comfortable. Close to shopping and had a 24 hr CVS right at the entrance.

This is the perfect place to stay for couples or young families. We were two couples with a baby, and it was perfect because the rooms were away from each other and soundproof. Never heard a baby crying. Enough space, access to kitchen and easy parking. Felt safe and location was close to everything, especially airport. Only comment is to have the kitchen more stocked with basic items (salt, pepper, oil, more utensils to cook with) and the coffee machine in the room wasn't working. Otherwise, overall, second time staying here and we loved it.

Location of the property was excellent. Shops, groceries and a few fast food restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was well laid out, lots of room and all the essentials that you would need. Apartment could use a good deep clean and an update. All cosmetic but can tell it is getting run down. The outside of the buildings around the apartment entries could use a good cleaning as well. The pool area was lovely, lots of loungers. Pool was nice but could also be cleaned more often. Customer service was excellent. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Check in and check out was very easy.

It was conveniently located, supermarket very close by, gas station and some fast food restaurants. I recommend checking that the washer and dryer work, since ours wasn't working and it took them a few days to get it fixed. We found that calling instead of texting them works much better and gets things done faster. We would recommend staying here, we had a great time.

The check in / check out process is straight forward. Responsive and helpful text line with Kasa. Units themselves were okay with respect to cleanliness and maintenance. Somewhat deceiving that the apartment units themselves are long term rental units that are rented to Tucker and short term booked through Kasa. Palm Trace Landings cannot support on location issues or feedback.

We had 3 units for a family get-together and lacrosse tournament. The 3 bedroom units were plenty big for each big family. Plenty of room and pots and pans for cooking if we wanted. Close to the airboat ride. Close to the airport (only bad thing the noise sometimes if outside) and lots of grocery and restaurant options nearby. Kids played pickle ball and volleyball. Pools not heated but didn't seem to mind. Bring your own balls and racquets Beach about half hour away for lots of fun.

Came from out of town on short notice and wanted a clean and safe place to stay in the meantime and this place definitely met this estandards. the kitchen was fully functional, as were the washer and dryer. The only issue was that the dishwasher caused a leak under the sink and the fire alarm went off because of low battery at one point, but as soon as I texted the virtual front desk, they responded very quickly to it, so it wasn't a big deal at all. Would definitely consider this place again if I need to stay in Florida again.

Place looked impeccable on Expedia site. Upon arrival, we realized that it was nothing like the pictures. Unit was a refurbished old old apartment with a terrible paint job, defective appliances and broken sofa bed, mattress coils were busted, cracking wood frame, bath tissue holder broken, paper towel missing, dirty dishes, broken coffee mugs. It is a nice location. An experienced hospitality team and a little tlc, can instantly improve the experience. Can’t relax on a vacation in a place where bed creeks and sofa sinks.

Nice place, great location

The units are nice and spacious. We were in a 3 bedroom. There was a problem with the pull out, but fortunately one of our party did not stay, so we did not need it. The electronic door lock worked to let us in, but then would not work to lock when we had to leave. We text and were told it would lock automatically in 30 secs. It did not and was not locked upon our return. We text again (around 11pm), after many "tries" and code changes, maintenance was sent out at about midnight and we were given keys. The only other problem with this place is that we could only reserve one parking spot, we had 6 guests and 2 cars. We have family close by, so we made it work, but if we didn't, we would have had to find a place to pay to park another car. Exceptions should be made for the larger units due to the fact that there may be more than one family. Overall though, we would stay here again due to the convenient location and the quick response to the issue we encountered with the door lock.

This property has huge potential - it's located in a convenient area near the highway, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but the building/units need upgrades. First of all, the water (sinks, toilets, showers) were yellow (not clear). We asked the hotel team and they said it's part of their water treatment process but I'm thinking it can also be due to rust pipes so we didn't want to take a chance so we bought many bottles of water for drinking, boiling for coffee, tea, etc. When you flush the toilets there is yellow water sitting in the bowl, yellow water coming out of the shower head so we didn't feel safe and it was unappealing to take a bath as who would want to soak in yellow water. We stayed in a unit that was on the main floor and it had such a musty smell that even room sprays and plug-ins didn't mask the smell. We spoke to a staff member and she said that all units on the main floor have a musty/moldy smell. It was so bad I developed a dry cough for the whole trip while staying in this place. The customer service team was excellent though-they tried to make our stay comfortable but there's nothing that could be done about the musty/moldy smell in the room and the yellow water. We will not recommend this place if you're looking for a place that has clean/clear (not yellow) water and clean smelling rooms.
