The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, and there were renovations going on all day, which were very loud. The hotel and the staff could’ve done a better job making sure everyone knew that this would be an issue prior to check in. The hotel was very clean and nice, and the staff was courteous and did their best to remedy what was wrong.
