We enjoyed our stay at The Park hotel, especially the food served at the Verandah restaurant and the fine dining in Aish was a exquisite experience which we would thoroughly recommend every guest to experience. The front desk staff, and others we spoke with were all pleasant and courteous.

The hotel is in shambles - with a massive attempt to hold it together by a great staff. Clearly the owners / management haven’t invested a single rupee in its upkeep since it was built. Taps falling apart & leaking. Paint peeling, windows dirty … it’s for it all. It’s the cheapest *5 star - for a reason. Expect a three star hotel and all will be okay.

It says it is a star hotel, but trust me you can find a better OYO than the hotel. The room was dirty, the bathtub had hair, the bed was uncomfortable, the walls were dirty with stains, the curtain was torn from the sides, the bed was torn from the side, and lastly what was the lowest point for me, the bathroom light was hanging free. Never returning here.

Horrible experience ! Surprised to such a known chain like the park has such poor service. I had back pain due to fracture and was made to wait for an hour at reception desk for allotment of room which was booked and paid in full at Expedia site. Real nightmare 😡
