Great place and great location

This place was really good! Location is close to everything and the staff is super friendly and they have one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen working in the reception. We had a problem with our A/C in the room and when the technician couldn’t fix it he ran down to reception and got us keys for a new room and helped us take our bags to it as well, that is awesome service!

Their staffs where all lovely people, they really took their time when ever I want to go out to tell me what train to use and how to go about my day and the places to visit with a number to call if I get into any problem or lost my way. And the hotel is in the city I recommend for everyone.

Great place lovely receptionists room nice and clean but my God the area it in is beyond description - think of the worst parts of Jakarta ,Manila or Rio. Trans hookers and graffiti everywhere . Not a safe area . Athens really has a problem with graffiti but this area in particular lots of homeless as well. Footpath totally unsafe as well.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with all requirements catered for. The roof terrace is excellent and great for resting after a hard day of sightseeing. The area around the hotel does look to be improving. Easy walking access to the sites and to public transport. Would recommend this hotel and hope to come back in the future.

Wonderful studio, super clean with everything one may need. Excellent staff (Thank you, Christopher). 5-6mins walk away from Omonio metro. It may feel a rough neighbourhood in evening but I had no adverse experience evening walking around in the middle of the night. Definitely will consider staying here again if I am back again in Athens.

awful hotel

This hotel is in a terrible area surrounded by shady people. The AC doesn’t work at all — it’s like a sauna in here. I was dripping sweat the whole time, couldn’t sleep. I asked the staff for a fan and they straight up lied, said they didn’t have one. Later I talked to someone else who said they did have a fan and brought me one it barely helped, just blew around hot air. The room is tiny, barely space to move. And to top it off, a cockroach crawled on me while I was laying down. This place is disgusting. Never coming back.

I found the staff on the front desk especially helpful when I faced two distressing situations: 1) My wallet was pickpocketed on May 24, 2025, and the staff assisted me in locating a Western Union office that could provide funds transferred to me from home: 2) When I was scheduled to depart on May 28 all the taxis, Ubers, and shuttle busses were on strike and I was hesitant to take the Metro to the airport. Young Billy, who worked at the hotel, assisted with my suitcase and took me to the Metro station where he purchased my ticket for me and gave me specific written directions on which train to take, when to get off to switch to a different train on a different line. He was so assuring that signage in English would be adequate and I could manage the trip with no difficulty. He was right! It was a real pleasure to travel on the Metro. Thanks to the staff at Ermass.

New hotel

The hotel is new, actually the gym is still under construction. Comfortable rooms and new beds; space could have been better arranged for dining. New electric stove, fridge and microwave oven. Bathroom is fairly large, the shower could have been better designed for preventing water spills. The rooftop is really cool. Cleaning service could be improved: sometimes a bit too fast, sometimes too thorough (complete cleaning and change of all towels even if asked less). Reception staff extremely kind and helpful. Close to Omonia metro station, walking distance to many sites. At night, the neighbourhood is dodgy.

Wifi does not work so it'simposible to keep a zoom call or even checking your mail. Neither the gym or the rooftop terrace are available. The building is still under construction. Basically a scam.
