A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm when we were there even with windows open. Breakfast buffet was good.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Das Ambiente einfach herrlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber, nur die Küche war unter uns und auch die Müllkübel standen direkt unter unserem Fenster. Wenn dann das Personal auch noch raucht ist das sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten eine herrliche Lage und vor allem eine ruhige Umgebung.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr Kundenorientiert. Die Zimmer waren modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war von sehr guter Qualität und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage am See bietet sowohl Ruhe als auch einen schönen Blick. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der moderne und sehr schöne Spabereich.

Wir sind übers Wochenende hier eingecheckt, da wir zum Geburtstag eingeladen waren und Verwandte besucht haben. Ich habe online eingecheckt, deshalb war das Ankommen unkompliziert und vorbereitet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und wir wurden mit den notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Parkplatz, großzügig und kostenfrei vorhanden. Positiv empfanden wir, dass eine ungefähre Frühstückszeit angegeben werden sollte. Dadurch war der Raum nicht überfüllt, Wartezeiten werden vermieden. Ein reichhaltiges, sehr gut sortiertes, Frühstück rundeten den Tagesstart ab. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal auch hier. Ein sehr komfortables Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Ziegelsee rundeten den positiven Aufenthalt ab. Wir werden wiederkommen. Ein großes Lob an das Personal in allen Bereichen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhed helt ned til søen. Alle ansatte er smilende, imødekommende og servicemindede. Morgenmaden var okay. Vi sad længe og ventede på eksempelvis opfyldning af vand og pålæg og måtte selv gøre opmærksom på det.

Die Lage ist gut - am See Promenade und nicht weit von Zentrum und Schloss Schwerin. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich einfach aber O.K. Sauna ist super, das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal im Service ist sehr freundlich.

Das Personal und der Service sind hervorragend. Bei unserem Hotelzimmer in der 7. Etage gab es das Problem, dass die Zimmertür nicht richtig dicht war und es bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht ständig ein pfeifendes Geräusch gab. Bei einem Zimmer in dieser Preiskategorie erwarte ich das eigentlich nicht. Aus meiner Sicht müsste die Tür komplett mit Zarge ausgetauscht werden.

Das Zimmer ist nicht modernisiert (ausgenommen das Bad) und sieht noch sehr altmodisch aus. Speziell die ehemalige kleine Küchennische mit einem leeren Kühlschrank und einem Wasserkocher passt überhaupt nicht zu einem 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel. Wenn schon die Küchennische sinnvoll genutzt werden soll, dann hätten wir uns eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine an der Stelle gewünscht. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber auch hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Speziell die Käseauswahl lässt zu wünschen übrig. Da das Buffet auf sehr kleinem Raum angeboten wird, arbeitet das Hotel mit Frühstücks-Zeitslots, für die man sich am Tag vorher festlegen muss. Die positiven Seiten des Hotels möchte ich allerdings auch erwähnen: sehr schöne neue Sauna-Landschaft, tolles Restaurant mit wenigen, aber sehr guten Gerichten, nette Außenbewirtschaftung in Strandkörben am See, sehr schöne Lage am See, ausreichend Parkplätze, Innenstadt ist zur Fuß erreichbar.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, vielen lieben Dank. Bei der Ankunft haben wir im Hotelzimmer ein Leckerli und einen Wassernapf für unser Hündchen vorgefunden, das war richtig herzerwärmend. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See war fantastisch und das Frühstück hervorragend. Sehr nettes Personal und alles sauber, ordentlich und sehr gemütlich. Danke nochmal für alles, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
