O apartamento é excelente, exatamente como nas fotos. Amplo, novo, muito bem localizado, a 10 minutos da Oscar Freire. Um pouco de dificuldade apenas com o envio dos documentos remotamente (foi preciso enviar as fotos de todos os ocupantes e a entrada pelo reconhecimento facial não funciona), mas nada que atrapalhasse a hospedagem.

Custo x benefício interessante. Tudo novo e muito bem planejado no apartamento. Fiquei na área que parece um “apêndice” do prédio principal e é muito estranho. Difícil achar o elevador na primeira vez. Poderia ser melhor sinalizado. Mais estranho ainda é ter que atravessar as portas corta fogo para chegar à unidade. O estúdio era impecável. Excelente. Fiquei frustrada por pedir uma unidade em andar alto com vista para a cidade e fiquei no andar 3 com vista para telhados.

Limpeza deixou muito a desejar, vazamento no chão da sala, torneira do banheiro solta, nenhum ar condicionado funcionando. Solicitamos a manutenção e as opções eram ficar aguardando o técnico sem hora marcada ou permitir que ele entrasse sem a nossa presença. Ngm está num feriado de Natal com disponibilidade para ficar aguardando técnico. Esse tipo de verificação deveria ser feita antes de receberem hóspedes. Manutenção realmente muito ruim.

O apartamento é muito confortável, está novo em folha. Cama ótima, lençóis d toalhas boas. A localização é bem boa para quem está com a viagem focada à regiao dos Jardins, Pinheiros e Paulista. O unico inconveniente foi a pressão por parte da funcionária do Charlie ao Check-out. Sabia que meu horario era às 11h e eu respeito sempre. Quando foi 10:30h tocou a campainha do quarto e fui questionado do porque estar no quarto ainda. Desnecessario.
