Immaculate hotel with excellent service

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Twin room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, plenty of room so sit and move about. Staff were brilliant, especially on reception. Breakfast had plenty of choice and food was good quality. For such a central location, the rooms were very quiet without much road noise. Would definitely stay again.

The customer service and attention to detail are truly amazing! We were offered a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and Jorge took his time to go through showing us places to visit and eat. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel, we could help ourself to coffees from the machine and cakes in the afternoon. They even gave us fresh milk so we could have a cuppa tea, best hotel we have ever stayed in, hoping to return again.

The loft Room was beyond my expectations. My luckily room was available very early. Everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was a treat and they were even able to make accomodation for an early breakfast for me due to my early flight. Staff were very friendly as well. Central to everything you want in Lisbon.
