Nice place, gardens and reception. it was a Cantinflás place, he lived or owned the place. I slept super well but other friends staying near the street could not sleep because of the street noise. It is a 25min walking from city center

There was no air conditioner nor fan. We stayed in May which is way hot. The room was like sauna even during the night when outside was so cool and flesh. My family including 2 kids could not sleep until 4 am because of the heat. We tried to sleep at 8pm!!!! We opened the door completely to get fresh air from outside, but we only got so many mosquitos. It was our first night we could not sleep. Terrible!

Hotel muy viejo, las fotos engañan

Teníamos una habitación que indicaba ser de lujo, y era una habitación muy vieja, con mucho ruido de la calle , el aire acondicionado era un ventilador enfriador que se enchufaba y no enfriaba nada, pasamos mucho calor, la piscina era muy fría y no le pega el sol. Se fue el agua y los baños de uso común estaban llenos y nadie pasó a limpiarlos incluso cuando había llegado el agua. La verdad el calor fue lo peor y no tener agua para bañarnos al llegar en la noche. Pero es mucho más viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos y por el precio pagado no vale la pena.

Las habitaciones no tienen clima solo abanico, llegamos y no había luz en algunas partes del hotel por ende el abanico no funcionaba, nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitación y todas sin luz, íbamos a un compromiso así que nos resignamos esperando que cuando volviéramos ya regresara, pues no pasó hasta mucho después, al día siguiente teníamos una boda y amanecimos sin agua!! Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, es un hotel bonito pero no lo recomiendo por todos esos incidentes

El hotel está muy descuidado, el restaurante malo y a unos amigos que iban con nosotros en su habitación no había agua.

No había agua para bañarnos, nunca hubo agua caliente y el personal nunca nos dió atención. Los blancos (toallas) ya no son blancos están todos percudidos. Lo extraño es que en otras habitaciones si estaban poniendo toallas blancas. Las cortinas no cerraban bien eran más cortas y no teníamos privacidad. Muy mala experiencia, con el personal, sobretodo del lobby.

Me dieron la habitación 208, que tenia muy probablemente maquinaria del hotel en el techo, por lo que se escuchaba un ruido terrible, me dijeron que a las 12 de la noche se apagaría, pero no sucedió. Toda la noche se escucho un zumbido terrible, no pude dormir, no se podía estar tranquilo. Deje la habitación a las 8 de la mañana. Esta habitación no la deberían otorgar a ningún huésped.

Me pareció viejo el hotel, le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, el área de juego donde están las mesas de billar estás sucias , el internet no llegaba al habitación, el televisor no funcionaba el control remoto, incluso no había teléfono para comunicarte a recepción . Se encontraba descuidado . La alberca con agua sucia y no estaba climatizada . Me sorprende mucho ya que me he quedado en otros hoteles mision y sainete le voy a poner más sorprende porque me he quedado en otros hoteles misión y aunque son hoteles Viejos no están así
