Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel. Very courteous and helpful staff. Upscale and sophisticated vibe. From the moment you step out of the cab, you feel taken care of. I loved my stay here. Overall property was meticulous. Surprisingly, the room (suite 505) while clean and looked after appeared to contain millwork and finishes that were extremely dated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of replacement. I am referring particularly to the closets, shelves, and built in furnishings. The room needed an upgrade!

Room had a very bad smell. #510.Hallway too. Stuffy and moldy smell. They seem to be understaffed at checkin/out. Took a long time. Especially at checkout. I would noy stay here again. It's not in the same league with the other 5start hotels in dubai. Service lacks.
