Enjoyed our peaceful stay at Rosario Village. The room was clean. Great water pressure for the shower.

Relaxing stay. Bird song, sunsets viewed from a bluff, harbor seals. Very close proximity to Moran State Park. Room was clean and comfortable with a small patio looking out on the bay.

Fun stay at Rosario. Took the whale watching tour with outer island excursions. Captain Jarvis was the best! Saw 3 pods of orca whales.

Great location, with a nice balcony and view. Bed was ok, but pillows were not. We would have appreciated some direction on where the hotel room was. It’s located nearby the hotel mansion but there was no one to instruct us where to go and no message that the room was in a different location under the name Bayside Inn.

I wouldn’t go back

This more of a motel than a resort. They use a “virtual front desk” which is completely useless due to lack of cell signal in the area. Overall, medium quality and the customer service poor. I wouldn’t go back.

One hour on the phone to troubleshoot the lock for them. 24h to obtain the tv remote. No cleaning during the stay.

Never stay again!!!

Everything would have been ok until the three things occurred. 1. The bedframe is cheap, thin wood and plastic. Kept falling apart. I had to keep repairing. Couldn’t sleep because the mattress kept falling through. 2. Teenage parties were occurring in the building. Super loud until all hours of the night. 3. No washcloths offered. I paid $800+ for this!!! I could’ve gone to Hilton or anywhere else for the same price.

Retreat overdue

Had a bit of a tough time finding our building but was very pleasantly surprised by our room and location! Clean and super quiet. Remodeling is going on but didnt really car. I was also able to plug my car into a charger. They have 2 stations.

No staff on site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wondering property with a stunning view. Our room 1316 was amazing. The problem was that there were zero instructions for the lovely fire place, and I was not able to get it running. They do not staff this property after hours. I texted and then called the number of the texting help. The customer service was a nice person located in the country of India. I called the first time at 6:33 pm and we never did get any help from a real person on site. The texting and my calls to customer support went on for almost 2 hours. It was cold and cloudy and we really wanted to enjoy the fire, in this wonderful room. So the property was wonderful. The service people in India were nice. But if you need someone to do anything on site, it appears that this is not possible after hours currently.

Great location beside the bay. Fun to watch the dock activity and the water lapping the shore. Excellent walks all around the area.

Nestled in a quiet cove (this was after Labor Day). The rooms are very spacious. The main building was closed ( restaurant, spa, etc) for renovation, so we did not have the full experience. The guys at the grill were fully and made a very tasty guacamole.

The restaurant and store were very disappointing. Our TV did not work and fellow who tried to help spoke no English and was unable to fix it. View and grounds were lovely. Room was clean and well supplied.

In the woods, so bugs and spiders were common. Shower was not that clean, place felt old.

The safety look of the balcony did not work, they charged before telling me there was no pool and jacuzzi working, expensive for everything you don’t have
Carlos, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

It looks as if we are the only people staying here when usually this place is full. No staff on site other than a maintenance person. The code given does not work on the door with the self check in. Internet does not work which then means the tv does not work without it. The land line doesn’t work so you can’t call if there was an emergency. And there is no cell service which you can make do if the above worked but it doesn’t. The room had cob webs all over like it had not been used in a while. The floors were dirty. They said the mansion, pool, and restaurant are closed do to maintenance but there is no sign of people working. Honestly it looks like they should be all the way shut down with everything being closed and no one onsite. Normally this place would be beautiful decked out for the holidays with their festival of trees. It really is sad to see this place like this!

Fine but weird

I’m not sure what’s going on with this hotel. It’s surrounded by other much grander Rosario hotel buildings that are closed. It was difficult to find the building. The grounds are covered in weeds and long grass. There is no front desk. The AC didn’t work and there was no way to securely crack the window at night. The room smelled really strongly of disinfectant when we got there, and needed to be aired out for an hour. There was no filtered or bottled water. That being said, the beds were clean and comfortable, and there was an ocean view. It was fine, I just wish it had been a lot less expensive for what it was.
