Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming.

We loved our stay at the Fairville Inn. It is ideally situated in the spectacular Brandywine Valley. Joy and Nancy were delightful hosts. Its amazing what a weekend in such a location can do for a couple!

The room was fantastic, very clean, calm and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. A few suggestions—the balcony is need of an upgrade, an espresso machine would be fantastic, and it would be great to have a mini fridge in the room to store any local purchases. Thank you!

Beautiful, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is the best I've had at a BnB- recommend the lemon blueberry pancakes, and the breakfast hostess was perfect. We loved the fresh flowers. Almost all communication with host was by text which caused problems trying to find our new room when the A/C was broken.

We loved it all! The inn had such character for a decent price! Beautiful renovations. Breakfast was amazibg and we chose in bed! Arrived right when we had asked for it as well! The front desk was very helpful and nice! We plan on looking into here for our wedding and plan to come back when the weather gets warmer to see the property! We had massages, in our room! They did all the scheduling for us prior too. The hospitality there was amazing. 10/10 or 5/5. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area!

The property was in very nice condition, well kept grounds even in winter. Updated decor felt airy and fresh. Our room (springhouse 3) was comfortable and clean, pretty views from the balcony, fireplace was great to have on the 2 nights we stayed in mid february. I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. Dining room could also use a nice area rug or two to help with sound echoing. The staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend to singles or couples staying in the area (probably not the best for families with children given the nature of the suites/rooms layout). Electric car charging was convenient and nice to have on property too. Overall great place to stay in the area!
