Bem simples, precisa melhorar

Apesar de bem localizado, é um hotel simples e bem antigo, os banheiros precisam de uma boa reforma! No quarto em que eu fiquei, a cama de casal era na verdade 2 camas de solteiros encostadas, e as 2 com colchão bem ruim, afundava. Travesseiros ou muito altos, ou muito baixos. Café da manhã bem simples também e faltava coisas o tempo todo, com demora para reposição...faltava prato, talheres, copos, xícaras, demora na reposição das comidas. Para uma época de bastante movimento como Julho, precisam melhorar muito o planejamento e organização. Não sei se dei azar, mas não ficaria de novo.

Terror!

Inicialmente levamos em média 2 horas para fazer chekin, chegamos por volta das 15h e entramos no quarto às 17h. No outro dia, as 01h da manhã tivemos a ingrata surpresa de alguém entrar no nosso quarto, a recepção mandou outro hóspede para nosso quarto, acordei extremamente assustada. Falamos com o gerente e disse: Sinto muito! É para fechar com chave de ouro perderam nosso fone de ouvido, ficaram de retornar o contato sobre isso e nada! Vamos ao Mirante hotel desde 2018 e nunca passamos por tantos problemas como dessa vez. Infelizmente não iremos mais lá.

O hotel é bem antigo, é nítido que nao estao interessados em moderniza-lo. Pelo custo da estadia ok,porem o café da manhã é um caos. O hotel estava cheio e formava-se fila enorme para pegar os itens. O dia que antecedeu o feriado colocaram pao de queijo,e demais dias, como estava lotado, nao tinha mais o alimento como opcao com a nítida intenção de diminuir custos. O estacionamento é horrível, cabem pouquissimos carros, para manobrar é péssimo,alem de estar quase sempre lotado. Os atendes da recepção, da manha e tarde, prestam o serviço com má vontade, nítido que sao despreparados e descontentes no local. O quarto e banheiro (antigo)são razoaveis, hotel apenas dormir e olhe la,se o barulho do encanamento permitir. No hotel havia no mínimo 3 excursões,os ônibus ficam parados um tempao na frente do hotel, e os quartos que dao para este local conseguem ouvir toda a algazarra das pessoas. Experiência péssima!

O atendimento se destacou desde antes da chegada. Foram muito atenciososos, dando dicas e orientações relacionadas à hospedagem e passeios na cidade e região. O café da manhã foi bem variado e bem preparado. O quarto era muito confortável e aconchegante. a limpeza e organização também é outro ponto a ser destacado na gestão do hotel. Indico, com toda a certeza, o Mirante Hotel.
