It was a great spot to stay very clean and quiet place. Stayed with my wife 8 month old and 2 dogs and was very good space. James at the front desk was a really great help always helping with a smile.

Was comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Nice room, little dated with a few dings. The ONLY issue was cleanliness and no towels. We had to sweep the room because there was trash and food left around half under the bed. We just scooted everything over and swept. Would have either way. The service was top notch. Very friendly employees. Ask and you shall receive if you encounter issues. They have such great attitudes.

Absolutely THE WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed in. Unsanitary, is putting it nicely. The air didn’t work. The fridge leaked water & didn’t even work. The floor hasn’t been swept in a while. The room was filthy. No point in complaining it won’t help. This place is a money scheme/trap. SHAME on you hotels.com. Your company is co conspiring to take advantage of people. I will make as many people aware of this as possible. Making these kind of hotels NON REFUNDABLE is a disgusting act on your company’s part.

It is the Quality Inn, not Cobb Place Inn. There was not a good breakfast selection and the drink machine was inoperable. The property itself was difficult to find. Additionally, we were promised a refund the morning after our stay due to the unsanitary conditions of the original room booked. However, this place is close to lots of eating and shopping 20 minutes north of Atlanta.

We ended up not staying. The room smelled bad. The sheets did not look like they had been clean. The furniture was filthy too. Went in and turned around and left. The bright side was the person at the desk on the night of Nov 8th. Her system kept on crashing but she was super apologetic and genuine. She apologized for the room not meeting our expectations. And processed a refund. It took some time because the system kept crashing. Also, the hotel did not have our expedia reservation.

Cockroach or sugar for your coffee?

Could not find the hotel. Really hard! Key card did not work and when inside it he room was filthy. Changed rooms to much cleaner. But next door neighbors had 5 dogs. The owners not there. Should have called police because the messages left at front desk went unanswered. Horrible! No sleep! Would like money/points back. Oh the cockroach video shows them in the sugar bin at the breakfast bar.

Mixed bag

My stay was a mixed bag. The desk clerk wasn’t very helpful when I arrived, as a matter of opinion, there was an appearance of total disinterest. The clerk on duty on that evening had an attitude in addressing an issue I had regarding the Wi-Fi password. The room I stayed in had curtains that didn’t close. I spoke with the clerk that worked the next morning and was referred to the manager/owner. In fairness, I did get offered a room at a different rate for my next stay due to all of my issues.

First off, they have a different name and address number posted on the building, so that makes it really difficult to FIND. The person at the office tried to deny us a check-in because we were “late,” but we were only late because we couldn’t find 750, when the building is marked 755. When he DID agree to give me me reserved room, he tried to charge me over $10 more than my reservation cost, and tried to say it was for taxes… my reservation email included taxes. When we got to the room, not only was it disgusting and stained; there were roaches EVERYWHERE!! Dead and alive. I’m traveling with an infant, so there was absolutely no way we could stay in that room. We walked next door, where the woman at the desk said this happens a lot.

Not up to Choice Hotels standards

It's a dive motel. It's ok for a quick one night or very short stay to just sleep if on tight budget. My room had new floor and was recently repainted but all was done shotty. Towels had caked in stains. Outlets that didn't work. No room service unless you ask. I used the same flimsy towels for 3 days. The rooms had signs that this motel caters to riffraff. Office staff were very friendly and courteous. I received prompt response for late check in and the girl in the office waited for me to arrive and made sure i received an acceptable room. I sincerely appreciated that. The motel needs to be gutted and renovated from studs. All towels should be thrown out and replaced. My bed was ok, but mattress started to sag. Any remodeling should be done professionally otherwise it's putting lipstick on a pig or spraying cologne on manure.
