Absolutely perfect location, great views of downtown Auckland, just one street from trendy restaurants, modern/contemporary, secure parking, quiet. Two slightly smaller chairs on the outside balcony would have been nice rather than one large chair, and just one keycard was inconvenient for a couple. Would stay again for sure.

Nice room, very clean and quiet property. Easy self check in process with free car parking on site. A minutes walk into Ponsonby and cafes, coffee coupon for cafe was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful location just around the corner from lots of shops, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants on Ponsonby. Beautiful view of the skyline. Everything you need is there, but no staff or lobby on site. The staff communicated extremely well and made our checkin and stay very easy.

This is our go to stay in Auckland! The location is excellent, and convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. Comes with free parking which is rare in this central location. The rooms are new, clean and well presented. Theres no fault in this place. Love the complimentary snacks. Would return here again and again

It was a great property in a wonderful neighborhood. We did have problems with the wifi, which the management tried to help us resolve (though unsuccessfully). We appreciated the parking, the coffee (ncluding decaf), as well as the treats.

Very quiet. There are only 8 units and no staff except house keeper in the day. Check in is at 3:00 pm so we had to store our luggage.
