Excellent location, breakfast is basic but good. Nice staff, spacious room, great view. For the location and what you get, it's very good value... But don't expect 5 stars, that's not what this is. That'd cost double. Still, can recommend this, we were a family with a 1-year old and it was worthwhile.

Vienna hotel close to Opera House

This hotel was beautiful. It was in an older building and had art work and furniture from past eras. Our room was huge. We got a family room which had 1 separate bedroom, another bed partitioned off from living room, and a pull out couch. We also had a kitchenette, which allowed us to do some meals in the room. The hotel was a short walk to both the Opera House and Karlskirche. The underground station as almost outside the front door.

Great hotel! Although the room decor Nd furniture were a bit dated, everything worked as it should’ve. The service was a highlight though. I’ve seldom had staff go out of their way to help as I did in this hotel. Front office staff were fantastic!
