We took our teenagers to New York City to see Hamilton. This hotel was in an excellent location for us to get to time square, the theater and the subway to south manhattan. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept great! My only complaints are that the doors close and slam very loudly and they only provided decaffeinated coffee in the room. Overall though, all the staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable.
