First of all, I would go back here just to sleep in the bed. So comfortable. Hallways smelled odd but that’s it. All around nice stay for quick trip.

We were on the third floor for one night. The air conditioner didn’t work terribly well, as it was hot and stuffy most of the time in the room no matter how low we set the ac. The mattresses were pretty worn and sunken in the middle, especially the pull out bed. There were also stains on the carpet. Other than that, it was quiet and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I would still probably stay somewhere else.

Firstly, the lobby had a nice relaxed vibe. My room was spacious, nicely furnished, and had many lighting options,. The water was hot! The bed linens where super white, and had a lovely, light, scent! Staff was SUPER, as well VERY PLEASED and I will definitely return!

Came here after Polar Express visit, walked in to festive holiday decorations! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and sweet to the kids! Rooms clean and comfortable, indoor pool, safe and fun environment. Would recommend for families!

The hotel was good for what we needed. The tub was my only complaint. The tub had been patched or something so when I bathed my grands they all got white flakes of paint or patch in their hair. The shower head was horrible. But we made do. I hope they make those minor repairs.
