Friendly staff, and clean rooms but the rooms don’t have windows and the air conditioner/ power is only on when your one and only room key is connected to the power supply. I wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed at this hotel from 22-29 Dec 2024. The hotel is new with a new and themed design I was told and it shows. My stay at this hotel was wonderful. From Check in to Check out the customer service was impeccable. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is nice and clean. Shops and restaurants are all in walking distance…clothes, footwear, food, drink, makeup, pharmacies etc.. The hotel is located in 4 mins walking away from the beach front. The reason why this is a good thing is because the beach front can be extremely noisy late night into the early hours of the morning. My recommendation without a doubt is to stay at this hotel.

Hotel simples, sem café da manhã. Servem apenas pão e café na recepção, caso queira tomar café paga-se 32.000 pesos por dia e por pessoa e tem acesso ao hotel ao lado. Os quartos não são limpos, apenas arrumam as camas. Luzes do corredor automáticas atrapalham a noite pois a “janela” é virada para dentro. Banheiro apertado, tem água quente porém oscila a temperatura. Um ponto positivo para as meninas da recepção, sempre sorrindo, educadas e solícitas.

Quartos: as camas são bem confortáveis eles arrumam todos os dias, e o MELHOR tem água quente! Hotel: eles entregam um adaptador por quarto. Não tem café da manhã, mas de manhã fica disponível na recepção alguns pães, café e chá. Localização: levamos 7m andando do aeroporto até o hotel. A praia principal fica na rua da frente. Fizemos tudo andando, apenas para conhece a ilha que pegamos o buggy

Nossa estadia foi ótima. O hotel é bem limpo, organizado, a acomodação era super confortável e os funcionários muito atenciosos, excepcionalmente a Sirlei, que foi muito querida conosco. A única coisa que posso dar de sugestão é que poderia ter um apoio dentro do box para deixarmos shampoo, sabonete etc. Além disso, a água ia ficando fraca e aí ficávamos fechando e abrindo de novo o chuveiro para ver se melhorava, mas não impediu de tomarmos banho rsrs Tomamos café da manhã ao lado, porém é cobrado à parte e o lugar também é gostoso, tem diversas opções de alimentos e bebidas. A localização do hotel é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé, tudo é perto.

Boa localização, a 1 quadra da praia, do calçadão e do centrinho comercial. 500m do aeroporto, fomos e voltamos à pé. Tem duchinha para tirar areia bem na frente do hotel. Fornecem toalhas de praia. TEM ÁGUA QUENTE NO CHUVEIRO, um grande diferencial, pois a maioria das hospedagens não tem. O único inconveniente foi que no box do banheiro vazava água por baixo do vidro do box e escorria para o quarto, mas nada que um tapete suplementar não desse conta, mas precisa de reparo. 2 camas de casal, 1 embaixo e outra em cima, com acesso escada caracol.

O hotel é ótimo em todos os aspectos, tivemos uma ótima impressão desde o primeiro atendimento, fomos atendidos inicialmente por Claudia que foi super cordial, animada e atenciosa, o quarto e todos os ambientes estavam e ficaram extremamente limpos e cheirosos durante toda estadía, ao decorrer dos dias as outras recepcionistas também foram super atenciosas e cordiais. Com certeza voltaremos!!!

Hotel com localizacao privilegiada (10 min do aeroporto a pé e 3 minutos da melhor praia), limpeza impecavel, quartos amplos, banheiro com água quente e pessoal muito educado. Ponto negativo é nao ter café da manhã e nosso chuveiro não estava bom tambem, fora isso só elogios.

Eu amei o hotel!!! Cada andar uma decoração super fofa.. limpo.. cheiroso.. não oferece cafe da manhã mas sempre tem café passado e pãozinho na recepção.. os atendentes educados, e solicitos.. não tinha frigobar no quarto, eu já sabia, pra minha surpresa dois antes de eu vir embora colocaram um.. faz toda a diferença!!! Posto de gasolina, mercado, farmácias e a praia tudo perto! Enfim .. valeu cada centavo eu amei e voltaria com certeza!!

Pessoal atencioso e prestativo, e o ponto alto da estadia. Apesar de cometerem falhas atrasando o check-in para um dos quartos em 1 h do horário combinado, reconheceram o erro e pediram muitas desculpas. O local e bem decorado porém o fato de não ter no quarto nenhuma mesa e cadeira e muito desconfortável. No hotel todo não existe um espaço com cadeiras e mesas, o único espaço disponível fora do quarto são uns bancos na recepção.
