It’s a good hotel in old quarters of Hanoi City from where several attractions like train street, Opera House etc are nearby. There is an Indian restaurant just in front of the hotel. Hence, an ideal place to stay specially for Indian Travellers. Many group tours also pickup directly from this hotel. Highly recommended.

The property is in a great location to check out the Old Quarter. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants, sites, shops, and night life. What really sets them apart though is the service they provide. The service started right after booking, with them reaching out offering private car service from the airport, offers to book trips during our stay, and just checking in as we approached our travel dates and providing very accurate instructions. From the generous welcome, to providing maps and recommendations, arranging transportation, and working with us through some travel challenges... the staff service was excellent.

The staff here is incredible. They are very considerate and kind, and they always went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. When we checked out, we had forgotten a painting that we had just bought. The staff mailed it to us at no extra cost which was quite generous.
