Big hotel, clearly top quality when it was built, and pleasant stay but perhaps starting to show its age. Breakfast is for me a bit basic (and problematic for me as lots of overnight tourists eating first thing). But will probably try and stay there onmy next trip.

I would never stay this hotel again. The room had no air conditioning and my family was sweating the entire night The hotel staff was very rude and did nothing to help. We had a two night reservation and left after the first night. I am still waiting on my refund. I will soon dispute my credit card. This hotel is also not clean. Avoid there are many other options.

딱 4성급 호텔이네요. 가성비가 매우 좋아요. 주차장도 넓으니 호텔에서 잠자고 아침만 먹고 나오실 분들에게 추천드립니다. 로마시내 호텔 주차하기 힘들고 ztl신경쓰이는데 여기가 이리 좋은 줄 알았으면 여기로 쭉 다 잡았을 것 같아요. 우리 4인 가족은 나폴리갔다 피렌체 가는길에 잠만 자려고 저렴한데 알아본 것이었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친철하고 프로페셔널합니다.
