Best Stay In Osaka

first time coming to Osaka, I decided to stay here and wow ! this hotel is amazing. its beautiful, modern, clean, and extremely convenient. The swimming pool on the rooftop has a million dollar view of Osaka 😍 I'm not sure if I want to stay at any other hotel than this one next time I come to Osaka.

Great stay Apa hotel

It was great everything and everywhere we wanted and needed was so convenient to get or get to. We took a bus from the airport that went directly to where the hotel was located. The train station was two minutes away and that’s including the time it takes to walk out of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay again.

A good hotel with great localisation

The hotel had a great localisation, and the inside was very nice as well. I really appreciated that there was a convenience store inside. The bath house was amazing, really helped us relax after the travel. Room was a bit small, but had everything necessary inside. The matcha from the cafe on the ground floor was really good as well. I will stay there again IF I’m back to Osaka

Beautiful rooftop views. Walking distance to attractions. Clean rooms. Good amount of pillows. I definitely recommend booking a room WITH a view because if you book a “no view room” you will most likely have no natural light and you window is facing inside the building. Under bed storage!

APA Namba is a modern hotel. Its setup for efficiency. The rooms though small are very clean and comfortable. The location was great. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.

Quite a large APA hotel and the check in process was mostly automated. Long lines to get bags and to drop them off for storage so take that I to consideration when you need to be somewhere. It was convenient having a 7-11 inside the building. Didn't have time to go to the onsen but liked having the option.

The lobby and guest services here left much to be desired. The check-in was painful as was the baggage hold process. Also they have two sets of elevators and there was always a queue for the ones serving my floor.

This is a nice brand new hotel in a very convenient location. The self-serve amenities are plenty, but the room is very small. With the request of getting a nicer view and a larger room, we still think the room is too small.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had in Japan.

Awful stay. Check in was a mess, guests fighting with staff at check in, they damaged my passport. There’s a constant long line for elevators. Rooms are small and uncomfortable.

Great location but small rooms

Nice modern hotel with great location near Dontonbori that is approximately a 12 min walk away. Check in using one of their electronic kiosks. Rooms are however are extremely small. They ask you to use every inch in the room by storing your luggage underneath the beds. What's cool however, is that if you have a party of 3, there are rooms with 3 individual twin beds which are all comfy. Downside is they charge to use the gym which is itty bitty with minimal equipment.

The automated check in and out didn’t work initially and staff had to help out and fix their systems and it took far too long. Furthermore the line to leave a bag was over 30 minutes and they didn’t show people that you had to download an app until you were at front of the line which delayed everyone.
