Maalesef bize lağım ve rutubet kokan ve penceresi olmayan bir oda verdiler biz itiraz edince yan taraf'da Hatice teyzenin evini ayarladılar ve maalesef orada kova'ya su koyup tuvalete dökmek zorunda kaldık. Otopark olmadığı için baya uzak bir yere park ettik. Hiç memnun kalmadık. Üstüne üstlük bize Mardin'de tüm Otellerin camsız olduğunu söylediler fakat biz gezerken tüm Otellerde cam olduğunu gördük ayrıca ilk kez bir Otel'de kalmıyoruz ve cam olduğunu biliyorduk. Hiç memnun kalmadık.

Öncelikle otelin otopark seçeneği olduğu için tercih etmiştik ama otelin otoparkı yok sorduğumuzda 1 km uzaklıkta ücretli otoparka yönlendirildik. Odada inanılmaz bir gider ve rutubet kokusu vardı, sıcak su yoktu baştan sona pişmanlıklarla dolu bir deneyimdi kısaca. Bu kadar kötü bir hizmeti 3 te 1 fiyatına alabileceğiniz oteller varken bu oteli seçmenizi kesinlikle önermem.

Otelin konumu oldukça güzeldi, ayrıca yürüme mesafesinde belediyeye ait bir otopark bulunuyordu. Odamız taş duvarlı olduğu için biraz nemliydi, ancak oldukça genişti. Ne yazık ki, aydınlatması yeterli değildi. Yastık kılıfları ters takılmış olsa da temizdi. Tuvalette su sızıntısı vardı; durumu danışmaya bildirmemize rağmen herhangi bir çözüm sağlanmadı. Kahvaltı beklentilerimizin altındaydı, hatta patates kızartması yanmıştı. Ancak otel çalışanları son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, bu da konaklamamızı biraz daha keyifli hale getirdi.

Es war das erste mal das wir in Mardin waren es war Traumhaft. Das Hotel war einer der saubersten Hotels die ich in der Türkei besucht habe. Ausserdem vielen Dank an Herr Sehmuz dem Inhaber, ein sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Hotel Manager. Zusätzlich vielen Dank an das Personal ( Cemal). Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne dem Hotel geben. Wir werden aufjedenfall dieses Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen und auch selbst nochmal besuchen. Vielen Dank Team Marvel

Heel prettig hotel. Prachtige kamer en badkamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Details kunnen verbeterd worden (hogere ruimte voor kleren aan hangers; douchehouder goed vastzetten; leuning langs de steile trap). Maar dit zijn slechts details. Ons verblijf was fijn.

Unser Zimmer war ungewöhnlich und sehr schön. Alles war ordentlich und sehr sauber, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Dass die Angestellten nur wenig Englisch sprechen war kein negativer Punkt, da dies durch Übersetzungsprogramm, Hände und Füße mehr als wettgemacht wurde. Alle sind sehr sympathisch und engagiert. Jederzeit wieder, danke!!!

Biz çok memnun kaldık. Hotel çok temiz ve güzel. Konumu iyi. Kahvaltıları muhteşemdi. Mutfaktaki bayan çok sempatikti ve çok güzel ağırladı bizi. Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.
