Excellent location with friendly staff. Our room at the front was noisy especially the trams. Breakfast had limited choice and only adequate. The fabric was tired, lift call button sticking, emergency phone a handset with dial(!), stair carpet stained etc. room very large and clean but empty fridge, soap etc limited and no brand quality. No incidentals. Nice receptionist did bring a shower cap.
