O hotel tem excelente localização pra quem precisa se hospedar perto do aeroporto de Viracopos, falta um serviço de transfer (coisa que todo hotel ao lado de Guarulhos têm), o hotel não está reformado então a estrutura é mais simples, roupas de cama limpinhas, excelente café da manhã com alimentos que pessoas com intolerância a glúten e lactose poderiam comer. Uma vantagem é ter quarto triplo, poucos hotéis possuem essa opção. Dou uma nota 8 para o hotel.

Reforma pra ontem!

Experiência ruim. Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente e de um procedimento mais eficiente de Check-in.O Check-in muito demorado. Estava com bebê e fiquei um tempão na fila. Quando finalmente fiz o check-in fui para o quarto e a porta não abria pois a fechadura estava com problema. Uma funcionária foi prontamente nos socorrer, deu um soco na porta e abriu. O quarto estava limpo, as camas eram boas mas o banheiro estava precário. Torneira vazando, o ralo estava quebrado, a porta do banheiro estava esfarelando. A localização do hotel é ótima. Uma pena estar nessas condições

Dentro da sua proposta foi uma excelente escolha. A única coisa que senti falta foi um secador de cabelo. Mas deu pra aproveitar a piscina. O café da manhã estava muito bom.
