Great location, clean basic and fine. Alexandra was lovely and answered the phone, checking quickly if I had left my headset. Great service with a skeleton crew. Minor detail was the radiator thermostat in 408 did not switch off the radiator, so to stay cool enough windows needed to be open which made noise from the neighbourhood a bit of a challenge.

Convenient to the Zurich main station and only 10 in walk to the river and then on to the old town. It is a basic hotel but the rooms are clean and cozy. Sound proofing is an issue as you can hear everything from the room next door and the hall ways and we were woken a few times. The lack of on site staff means that little things like not having enough pillows can't be addressed. The little desk area was cute but the stool impractical to sit at for any period of time. A few little changes could make the experience much better but it was fine for what it was. As advertised would be a good description.

easyHotel is self check in at a digital kiosk, so everything worked for us. The room is very tiny and the bathroom looked like a closet. But this is affordable in Zurich, where other hotels are outrageous, in peak summer. Its very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, but situated on a very busy and noisy street.

This is ideal location, easy to walk to bus stop, tram stop and city centre. We only wanted a basic room to sleep in and you literally have a clean and comfortable bed - slightly firm and a TV. Plugs and usb for charging, a hair dryer but no kettle. Ensuite and it was clean alothough intermittent drain smell but did not bother us. Easy check in and out. Would use again

The hotel was conveniently close to the train station and city center. It was a bit warm in the room due to no air conditioning, however they do supply fans so it made the stay more comfortable. Room was nice and spacious as well and clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. I would stay here again.

The property had an easy check in system, the room was clean, it would have been nice if it had air conditioning. The bed was nice, it was a little odd having the toilet and shower sharing a small space together not being separate, but it worked. For the price we paid a bigger room would have been nice. Close to train station if that is way you are traveling and close to many sights and shopping.

If you are staying here in the hot months forget it because the rooms come with no air conditioning. The property is clean and the check in is easy. The neighborhood is very nice. It is an 8 minute walk from the train station.
