Unfortunately, my stay did not live up to expectations. On the second day, a ceiling leak in our room forced us to move. The new room was clearly a downgrade, and although we were refunded the price difference, it was still a disappointing experience. Breakfast was also underwhelming – poorly managed and very low-quality coffee. To make matters worse, there were ongoing taxi driver protests right outside the hotel. The staff did try to assist, but overall, the experience was far from what I had hoped for.
