I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return. The atmosphere was enchanting and the courtyard was lush with beautiful plants and trees. I enjoyed my dinner and cocktails outside in the courtyard and Kia had the best personality. From my arrival to my checkout the service was fantastic.

This hotel is amazing! We've never had such friendly, efficient, kind service anywhere! Every single person was a 10 out of 10! I can't say enough good things about them. They accommodated our needs in all ways, from allowing us to eat take out Indian food to moving chairs around to accommodate 5 people, to asking how they can help. Truly exceptional service. And the room overlooking the courtyard was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Granada. Super convenient to Center Stage, the High Museum, Arts Center Station, and a ton of cool restaurants and shops (including the bar and cafe downstairs). Helpful and friendly staff, giant rooms at a great price (I stayed in a Granada Suite), and a perfect location in the heart of Midtown -- will definitely stay again!
