The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

Melhorar limpeza dos quartos

A estrutura da recepção e área de café da manhã são muito boas. Deixou a desejar a limpeza do quarto, muita, mas muita poeira, pelinhos, pó. Parecia que o quarto estava fechado há meses. Sem contar a roupa de cama, que solicitei a troca, principalmente o edredom, que parecia que estava sendo usado há um ano sem lavar e fios de cabelo por pelo quarto em cima da cama. A iluminação é bem baixa, luz amarela, se precisar fazer uma make elaborada leve sua iluminação de led. Não sei se todos os quartos são assim, mas no que fiquei uma das paredes (onde a cama fica encostada) era de DryWall, ou seja, dava pra escutar toda a conversa do quarto ao lado claramente. O atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo, todos muitos solicitos e simpáticos. O café da manhã também era bom, com boa variedade. Banheiro amplo, box bem amplo com amenidades, baixa iluminação também. A iluminação no quarto todo se resume há alguns spots de luz amarela. Só a limpeza do quarto e roupa de cama que realmente deixaram a desejar e muito. Pessoa alérgica não conseguiria ficar muito tempo no quarto devido ao excesso de "pelinhos" no ambiente. Um aspirador ajudaria muito.

Tive uma Pessima experiência ao chegar no quarto , era nítido que a roupa de Cama não foi trocada apenas estenderam o lençol de uma forma perceptível a não troca , reclamei e prontamente a recepcionista me disponibilizou outro quarto , porém eu que tive que buscar a chave descendo com as malas e subindo novamente . Pontos positivos : chuveiro è bom , excelente café da manhã , ótima localização, porém precisam Melhorar nomquesito limpeza dos quartos , bom atendimento na recepção .

Hotel razoável. A cama não é confortável pois não é uma cama quem como solicitei na hora da reserva , são duas camas de solteiro que são unidas e fica afastando toda hora. Apenas 1 travesseiro baixo, poderiam ter ao menos 2 por pessoa. Todas as bebidas absurdamente caras, até a água ! E por fim , esqueci uma sandália no quarto avisei no mesmo dia , descrevi o local exato que deixei e informaram que não localizaram !

A experiência foi boa, fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto é agradável e espaçoso. O que deixou a desejar foi o box do banheiro que cada banho encharcava o banheiro.
