Deep dissatisfaction following a recent hotel booking I made on behalf of colleagues. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing and embarrassing, as the actual condition & cleanliness of the hotel was significantly below the standard suggested by the photos on the portal.
Upon arrival, it became immediately clear that the property bore little resemblance to the images advertised. After some investigation, I contacted the hotel directly to raise my concerns. When speaking with Tiffany, she acknowledged that the photos online were outdated & initially claimed there were no photos of the twin room. She later corrected this but insisted that, despite the old images, the rooms were still in good condition. This was simply not true, based on the evidence and the condition observed.
I escalated the matter to the owner, Mr. Fabio Priori, who was unfortunately extremely rude and unprofessional. He stated that because the stay was already in progress, no refund (or even a partial discount) would be considered. Given that there were no alternative accommodations available at such short notice, there's no choice but to continue the stay. Despite my calm approach, Mr. Priori continually spoke over me, eventually shouting and swearing. This level of customer service was appalling and entirely unacceptable.
I strongly urge you to review this property's listing, particularly the accuracy of its photos and the conduct of its management - Misleading marketing and poor service
