Loved our stay at the Citybox Brussels! Easy to check in with the machines and our room was ready a little earlier. Hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. Lots of walkable stores, restaurants and attractions nearby. Staff thst we talked to were so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Great location and price

Great location, room is basic with no TV etc but that didn't bother me as I was out a lot so wasn't spending any time really at the hotel. Clean room, good shower and bed was comfy enough. My only issue was the lack of air con, I was very warm and found it difficult to sleep and you can't open the windows to cool the room down.

Overall a really good hotel, has everything you need for a short stay. Small simplistic room, and fantastic facilities downstairs. Their lobby and common area underneath make very good places to relax after a long day and do some laundry and/or cook if you need to. Only downside was the size, I am a large 6’3” man so walking around and showering were a bit difficult.

The junior suite was spacious and adequate size for 3 adults. Great bathroom facilities and comfy beds. Check in and out was very easy. There’s a kitchen downstairs you can get cups etc from and staff available in the office for extra towels or queries. The breakfast in Brød was really good value too. Safe location next to a range of restaurants.

The hotel is well located. The room and bathroom were very clean, Nice staff. Having no tv screen in the room is a negative and another issue was that even though windows were closed, one still hears trams and cars passing from upper floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
