The place is beautiful and safe. The staff was amazing. help with everything we needed, always letting us know before their shift was over if we needed anything. one of their workers Luz was willing to work late just to keep our bags safe after check out so we could explore Puerto Rico a little more. I appreciated the thoughtful care that went into making the indoor patio, greenery, and rooms beautiful. The pool and hot tub are clean and convenient. The suites are very spacious and well-equipped for small or large group travel. The shared living spaces are spacious and it had a well-equipped kitchen. It was clean, and the air conditioner worked well. In general, I loved this place because it was very centrally located to many restaurants and shopping places, all within a 10-15 minute drive. There is a cafe and 2 restaurants within walking distance <2min. I wish there were on-site parking; you have to walk about 1.5 blocks to get to the hotel. Not the best for solo female travelers. But great for group travel or 2-person trip.

Communication was great ! It’s right off of a busy street and there is street parking or you can pay 20 $daily to park at a lot up the street . Street noise is tolerable. Would be nice if fridge had complimentary drinks and/ or more complimentary items in the suite considering it’s a smaller hotel/stay. But overall it was nice !
