Lovely building in the middle of a pedestrian section. You are supposed to ring them with your reg before arrival to avoid a fine. No mention in our booking Breakfast in bed no longer available but card still in room. Felt like hotel needed better management and staff leadership.

While they tell you there is no parking on site and that nearest parking is 500m away, what they don’t tell you is that there is no drop off zone or way to drop off your bags, so you have to haul everything across half the town. Further hotel room had a strong smell of musk and mould. Will definitely never stay at this hotel ever again.

De kamer stonk naar riool, vooral de badkamer was verschrikkelijk. We gaven dit aan en ze zeiden schoonmaak team te sturen maar toen we terug kwamen was alles nog precies hetzelfde. Konden geen andere kamer krijgen want zou vol zitten maar leek niet zo en toen werd ons een kamer luchtje meegegeven en dat was het. Als het goed is zouden we nog een vergoeding krijgen maar we zijn bijna 2 weken later en die hebben we nog niet ontvangen.

It was a very bad experience. Highly unfriendly attitude. Suite did not have normal amenities. In spite of our telling them, it was not provided. We specifically requested to change the linen every day, but it was not done ! It claims as an old palace which is completely misleading in reality.
