I love this hotel. I have stayed here twice now. The rooms are very nice and clean. The room I stayed in on this trip had an Alexa connection that we used to do a lot like control the TV, the A/C, and the lights. The staff is super nice here and very helpful. The hotel is very safe. There are so many cool restaurants within walking distance. This is the hotel I like to stay at every time I'm in GDL.

The property was excellent. It’s well maintained and close to everything. My room was very comfortable, well designed and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and the cleaning staff was phenomenal. The hotel is situated in a great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning was not cold enough at all. It didnt stay on and the room was hot. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The pipes were cleaned throughout the hotel so the water was dirty on our last day we were there and we could not take showers that day nor were we able to brush our teeths. We had to ask for water bottles to brush our teeth.

Excellent location just one block from Avenida Chapultepec with many many options for restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping. Nice breakfast buffet. Overall, this hotel has one of the friendliest staffs we've ever encountered. Marisol at the front desk is exceptional, very professional yet very friendly and human. Also, the bellman Dilan has assisted us on two of our stays at Hotel Antre. The entire bell staff is polite and friendly, including a new addition, Carlos. Each member of housekeeping, bellmen, restaurant staff, and front desk are professional, polite, and friendly.
