Wonderful place, very close to the town with its restaurants etc. in walking distance. Nice parking. A Nice walk about close with a wonderful view of the riviera. Close to Kent’s caverns which the whole family found interesting. Loved John and the rest of the staff. Really want to get back to Haytor.

Their attention to detail and their personal touch is second to none. A really lovely warm welcome to this beautiful hotel which is set in a lovely residential street in the heart of Torquay with its great choice of restaurants. After checking in and having a chat with the owner, which felt like catching up with an old friend, I was helped with my bags to my room which was lovely and clean with everything I needed for my stay. Another warm welcome to breakfast from her husband who was very attentive to everyone seated and arriving. I was offered a fantastic choice of continental and cooked options. I opted for the full English which was delicious and I would recommend.
