The welcome we received at check in was really friendly and helpful. The room was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in and th bed was very comfortable. We got a taxi to and from the hotel with ease also and went for food nearby.

A wonderful stay

Excellent service from start to finish. I was able to check in a little early. This helped with the return of my car without having to take all my bags with me. Staff were very friendly and efficient and even booked a cab for me to get to my terminal the following morning After spending 10 days in the road, the bed was very comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience

Disappointed

It was fine. There was not very much to do near the hotel. They received a poor score because i scheduled a shuttle to the airport (a service provided by the hotel) and it was booked for the incorrect time, despite the person scheduling it reading back the correct time. When I checked out, there were no more spaces available at the time I needed. I ended up having to call a taxi and pay 4 times more to get to the airport on time. The hotel did not offer any discounts and I specifically had to request they cancel the fee for the incorrect shuttle.
