The property staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative - they reached out before check in to ask what kind of beds we prefer. the reception however is not 24/7. My only complaint is as the sofa bed, however I would still recommend this spot to anyone! ideal location

This is a new hotel that is fresh and clean. The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants and fairly central to sights too. Entry to the property is different from a “normal” hotel but straight forward and feels secure. The staff were welcoming and were very helpful when we had any questions.

Excellent location, and great value for money. We were in a standard room, and it was very cosy. Loved the decour and general feeling of the place. Staff were always welcoming, and really helping us organize transfers for a late arrival and very early check out. Perfect for an recharge and soak after a day of sight seeing.

Location, location, location! This property was walkable to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum. I took a 13 euro taxi to the Vatican each way. The property is so cute! The room was pretty spacious, clean, modern and the bed was super comfy. I definitely recommend this property. I can’t wait to comeback!

This hotel is in an EXCELLENT location! It is very clean and perfect to go back to for resting and a good nights sleep. It’s a bare minimum hotel. No amenities, no room service, no breakfast buffet, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful, very kind and efficient. For the price you may be able to find somewhere with more amenities however, prices are a bit higher everywhere during the holiday season. One thing I would say is if you can’t carry your luggage or have a hard time with steps this would be tough. There is an elevator to a certain floor except for where we were had our room. Overall recommend this hotel! I cannot stress enough that the location is excellent, it’s clean, safe and friendly staff!

Great location for quick stay in the heart of Rome

Loved our stay here! We had a quick overnight in Rome. We loved the location around all the great shops and how close in walking distance it was to everything. Maria was so friendly and the place was so cute and clean! It was a little confusing to find the entrance, but just look for the green door and #47 and buzz the Goldoni button. The entrance is unassuming bc it seems under construction at the moment. Maria helped w arranging a driver for next morning which was so great. :)

Great boutique hotel. Location is amazing just 2 blocks from the Spanish steps right in the heart of the high end shopping area. We stayed here for a week and rarely used the subway, as walking from here is close to so many attractions. It's true there is construction going on almost everywhere in the building, but as long as you don't stay in the room all day, you won't hear the noise. It didn't bother us at all and when they are finished this will be a great hotel. Goldoni 47 will be my go to hotel next time I'm in Rome.

The place is in a traditional Italian apartment building, not really a regular hotel, no restaurant or cafe or gym or anything like that at all. And I liked it because I felt like I was living there with a doorman. All staff members were friendly and helpful especially Katherina and Maria. Thank you for both of you ladies! You pay for the location and the convenience. I want out everyday for dining, shopping and sightseeing. So this place is perfect for me. If you want to save your money, there is a small refrigerator in the room and there are supermarkets. I wish there was no construction on the first floor just because it’d would made the place more traditional and charming. I didn’t hear anything especially when I close the door.

The hotel is on the second floor of a traditional Rome apartment building. The rest of the building is currently undergoing renovation work. The hotel itself feels very new, when you enter it through a door off the stairs. Between the hotel inner door and the outer door to the street there is work going on. There is a small lift or easy stairs to climb to the hotel. The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to shops, Spanish steps, restaurants etc. The hotel itself was a small reception desk then all the rooms. Reception is staffed 8am to 8pm. Our room was a superior room, city view. The room was new and clean, with a queen bed and toilet /shower room. We overlooked a restaurant which was noisy but you couldn't hear anything with the window closed. There was a large smart TV and good wifi. It would have been nice to have a chair or two in the room but we could sit on the bed ok. Overall I would say you’re paying for a fantastic location and a small, clean, modern room. It didn’t feel like a “hotel” with no reception area, restaurant etc.

O time do hotel é incrível! Chegamos cedo e muito cansados e eles fizeram de tudo para que nosso quarto ficasse pronto antes! Unico downside é que a recepcao não é 24 horas. Então, se vc vai chegar antes de 8:30 da manha, vai ter que esperar chegar alguém. A localização é perfeita - você faz tudo a pé! Os quartos e recepcao iguais as fotos!
