Only one elevator worked. Everything was very clean, however. And it was great not to have a perfume or strong cleaner smell throughout the hotel. Kleenex container ran out and was never refilled. Wish the hotel would have offered complimentary breakfast.

Room was nice. Waited hours to get in the pool or the hot tub due to there being a cheer competition. Paid for the breakfast and didn’t eat it because the lady working in the dining room was very rude. Yelling at my daughter in law about a food voucher that I was trying to hand her. Check in was okay besides the front desk lady was a little rude but I think it’s because of all the kids that were every where.

The pool was dirty the hot tub jets didn’t work the AC unit in the room was so loud that we couldn’t sleep with it on the shower was tiny with no hot water the toilet didn’t work the elevators were disgusting the restaurant was closed the entire time we were there I really hope they can find a GM that will fix this hotel.

I didnt like that only one elevator worked. It was very busy and there were no towels in the pool area. Someone kept opening the door ( by the pool ) which let in a bunch of bugs. It was just not the greatest experience.

Amazing experience at this hotel!! The people are friendly, the room was great, the pool was relaxing, and this hotel’s breakfast tasted delicious!! I love that they had food and drinks that I could eat! They had people with health issues, food allergies and food related health issues in mind with accommodations!! My family and I definitely will be back to stay again!!

The workers were great and room was clean, but there wasn’t any hot water. Coming back to shower, relax and rest but hated that me and my kids had to take cold showers that night. No I didn’t call the front desk because we were already tired and didn’t want to have to deal with excuses and possibly moving to another room.
