First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. It was not equipped with what you would assume in a beach area would have. There was no beach towels no blow dryer, no iron, no soap for the laundry. There is small dishwashing soap, coffee machine was a tea pot, two pans, one towel per person washing machine is not a dryer. So you have to dry your clothes around the house. You know how most Airbnb's have minor things left behind or they give them to you like salt, sugar and pepper not this one. You will have to go to the supermarket and purchase everything. I purchased detergent and I'm hoping they leave it there for the next rental. We don't need a gallon of detergent for a week. The place was spacious. You could probably add another full-size bed in the master. Better selection of pillows. A clothes line to dry our clothes on the balcony and not throughout the apartment. A microwave would've been nice to warm up leftovers from restaurants. Overall, I would give this place a five and I would never rent again. I feel bad for the owner because I believe the rental company is to blame. 1 for Happy Rental
