Great value. Cold rooms because the heater turns off when you leave. Breakfast ends a little early for my liking. Good service except we had three people in our room and two pillows and when i asked for another pillow they said, "no".

5 or so min walk to Kujo metro station. Lawson store right next to hotel. Breakfast and dinner included in stay, which we weren’t aware of. Check in was slow and English was limited. Breakfast was ok for the convenience, dinner we only had once during our stay as obviously much better food in Kyoto! Room and bathroom very small and dated decor. No wardrobe or space to put your luggage so was difficult with our 5 night stay. Plenty of washing machines and tumble dryers. Would recommend only for a 1/2 night stay and you are price sensitive.

The photos of The breakfast aren't accurate, The breakfast is fine, but didn't see a single egg or a piece of fruit there in whole week. The diningroom walls were really dirty and in our room there was hairs that didn't belong to us. Staff were helpful and nice, though they didn't speak english, but still tried to help as best they could. Onsen was alright

利用は2回目です。チェックイン時に行列ができています。自動チェックインを導入するなどスムーズにチェックインできるようにしてもらえるとありがたいです。宿泊料はリーズナブルで、夕朝食付き、浴場ありなら我慢できますが。。

あまりの安さに怖々泊まりました。セキュリティ面では、誰でも建物内に入れる不安感はありますが、問題はありませんでした。 2階の部屋で大通りに面していたこと、隣の部屋の音が全て聞こえること、などでほとんど眠ることはできませんでした。 フロントの女性はとても手際よくフレンドリーでした。 無料の夕食、朝食も文句は言えないレベル。1階にコンビニがあるので、朝食にヨーグルトを買ってきて追加で食べている人もいました。 とにかく部屋数が多いので混雑はしていますが、18：30ごろチェックイン、19時ごろ夕食、8時ごろ朝食で、いずれも問題ありませんでした。特に朝食は集中するので、お皿が足りなくなったりしていましたが、スタッフさんが奮闘されていました。 大浴場(女性風呂)は10時ごろに行きましたが、4、5人でした。清潔度も不安はなし。

とても嬉しいことですが、以前は1時間近く並ぶ必要があった『チェックイン大行列』が解消されていました。窓口スタッフが増えたのの改善点でしょうが、まだ10分近く手がかかっているお客もいてはります。出張者への強い味方である『無料の朝夕食』に不満はありません！カリフラワーが一番旨い、二番はブロッコリー、千切りキャベツ、が潤沢に提供される。使い捨てスリッパ持参をお勧めする。

Personal var behjälpliga och jätte snälla. Förutom att vi tyckte täcket som var över själva lakanet var väldigt smutsigt så vart allt annat tipp topp. Vi hade halvpension och det finns även ett varmbad med sauna. Vi betalade väldigt lite för det som ingick så jag rekommenderar starkt! Om man inte äter gris eller är vegetarian så är dock mat utbudet inte så bra.
