Excellent surprise

Extremely clean, very well decorated, and the front desk staff was excellent. The bar was a nice surprise, as was breakfast. Excellent hotel even with minimal comfort offerings.

Great value for money for short stay

Stayed for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is modern, very clean and perfect located that suited my needs. The room was decently sized and so was the bathroom. The only negative point was the constant humming of the a/c which could not be turned down. The hotel did not offer other facilities so limited in that sense. Tea/coffee facility in the room were absent and no minibar. Breakfast was excellent with polish sourced delicacies. The bar looked quite well stocked but the prices were expensive when you consider the hotel is surrounded with many bars around. There have luggage holding services. All in all, had a good stay and would recommend.

Good value central locality

We booked a larger double room and were very pleased with the size. Excellent views from room 6.47. Modern decor throughout and hotel has a relaxed feel about it, with a very good sized bar/reception area. Extremely central for nearby river and Dlugi Targ is about 200-300 mtrs for many restaurants and bars. We felt very secure in the area. There was a temporary issue with hot water in the room, but reception staff tried best to remedy this by offering to change us room. We were disappointed with service from a minority of staff regarding a goodwill gesture of a free drink following on from that and we have emailed management separately on this to ensure that this does not happen again to other guests.

Mycket trevligt hotell med restauranger och turistattraktioner precis utanför dörren. Bra städat på rummet. Väldigt skön säng och kuddar. Modern och snygg inredning + cool bar. Vi kommer gärna igen ☺️.

Bodde 2 netter på hotellet. Godt førsteinntrykk, men rommene var alt for varme og temperaturen kunne ikke justeres. Litt harde senger. Frokosten var også litt kaos, ikke det største utvalget men vi fant alle noe vi kunne ha. Veldig sentralt til gamlebyen, gå avstand til det meste man trenger. Neste gang drar vi heller tilbake til Puro, vegg i vegg.

Nytt og fresht hotell midt i kjernen av byen. Rimelig priser og flotte rom. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet. Når det er mye folk til frokosten så var det vanskelig å finne bord, noe som var litt styrete. Frokostbuffeten var også på et lite område så ble mye kø. Upraktisk. Men alt i alt et flott opphold, og jeg bor gjerne der igjen ved en senere anledning.

Nytt og moderne hotell med flott lobby og elegant bar. Beliggenheten er perfekt, og da vi opplevde støy i første etasje, fikk vi bytte rom uten problemer. Personalet var imøtekommende og rause, og ga oss «late check-out» uten å nøle. Frokosten kunne vært bedre – enkel servering og svak kaffe. Rommet ble heller ikke rengjort da vi ikke var klare da renhold kom. Alt i alt et fint opphold, men med litt forbedringspotensial.

Raikas ja tyylikäs hotelli. Yleisesti ehdottomasti 5 tähteä. Sijainti, aamupala, siisteys kaikki todella hyviä. Huoneen käytännöllisyydestä pieni miinus. Pyyhkeet pienet ja suihkun lattia todella liukas. Hyvin pienillä asioilla saisi vielä sen viimeisen silauksen paremmaksi. Ehdottomasti vanhan kaupungin top3 hotelli
