From the moment we got out of our TAXI until the moment we left, we experienced a very high level of service. The staff and the accommodations were exceptional and we had a wonderful four-day stay! There are restaurants and museums right outside the front door and the main square is less than a five minute walk away. Highly recommended!

It is a beautiful place to stay. The check in process was quick and welcoming. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Esteban provided us with a wealth of information and things to do while in Puebla. The recommendations for restaurants was excellent. Valet parking our vehicle made our trip very easy and gaining access was fast and efficient. The location was perfect and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and visiting some of the locations on our list.
