Many good things about this hotel - friendly staff. The receptionist lady even took my bag upstairs, considering my age. - they have cookies, fruits, water, coffee, and tea available all the time. - very nice location

Spacious room with excellent sheets and towels. While it doesn't have a TV, we really didn't need it. Very good Wi-Fi. The reception has a space with coffee, cookies, biscuits, and an electric kettle, available for free use 24 hours a day. The staff was very friendly. See you soon!

Wonderful hotel and front-desk staff

The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)

Air conditioning was not working so we had to leave the windows open at night to cool off the room. The area was very noisy until late at night and then again early in the morning. Other than that the room itself was comfortable, clean, spacious enough. It was close to all the major sites and restaurants. The staff were wonderful! Great affordable option for your stay in Florence!! We’re from Canada and like a cooler temperature in our rooms. The AC in the rooms here was excellent and kept us comfortable during our sleeps. 15-20m max walking distance to most of the main sights in the city. Cafe Noir is a stone throw away from the Hotel and is a good quick and easy option for breakfast/coffee with good service. Highly recommend Hotel Zanobi!!!

Walking distance from the train station and close to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms have been renovated. Washrooms are a bit old and small. A/C works well and beds are good. Few small issues with one of rooms where the washroom door wasn’t closing properly. Coffee machine and water bottle machine were awesome. Overall pretty decent if you are not to picky.
