The location of the property is amazing. The views are the best. The rooms and the bathroom are old and not maintained properly. The tap on the kitchen sink was leaking. The bathroom sink was clogged. Even the furniture is not in the best condition.

Clean, quiet, family-friendly.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Not very private - the hotel rooms share a single front porch, and the view of the bay includes the campers in front of the hotel. There were people waking up and making breakfast as I was watching the birds, and surely they felt like I was watching them. BUT it’s a great location, in the middle between Gaspé and Percé, right off the highway. We went at the high point of high season- mid-Quebec construction holiday- and this was an affordable and convenient place to sleep. In spite of the close quarters and fully booked accommodations, our room was quiet and we slept well. We had no time to try the pool or the beach, to my kids’ disappointment. I recommend Fort Prével, especially for golfers.
