This is our stay here. As many years ago, the staff is very welcoming and responsive. Marlene and Karen made sure that our stay remain enjoyable from the first day we arrived until we left. I highly recommend this resort.

Stayed here to celebrate a special birthday with 8 friends and had the BEST time. Everything about the hotel is amazing - food, facilities, staff etc. Special shout out to Oscar and Eric (guest relations) for making the trip so memorable. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great vacation here. The beach was beautiful with lots of fish to see, lots of indigenous animals patrolling the grounds including monkeys, awesome pools and lazy river, huge sprawling grounds to explore and friendly helpful staff. Great all inclusive.

We loved our stay at this resort and will be back! The staff are fantastic....always friendly and willing to help. The buffet each day was fantastic, soooooo many delicious options. Fornthe ala cart restaurants, we tried tje Japanese, the steak hoise and the peruvian. The peruvian was my absolute fav! Also, because we booked through Expedia we got a 3 pack of metal straws as a welcome gift, a free hydrotherapy session and a special dinner at Casa Loma, which was also delicious.

The employees were always warm,friendly and helpful. I particularly want to recognise Cecelia (Bike Tour). The tour would not have been as entertaining and engaging without him. Karen from the hotels guest services went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were looked after.

The property has a great beach that is clean with clear water and the ability to be in the ocean and enjoy the water. With 3 huge pools there were plenty of chairs with no early sunrise chair saving needed. The beach bar rotated a daily fresh prepared lunch and the staff was friendly and kind. Overall a great trip.

We were very happy with the Expedia hosts on site, especially Oscar. They checked in with us regularly to ensure all our needs were looked after. The on site concierges Flores and Christoffer were also extremely attentive. It was our second stay at Grand Sirenis (first was in January 2023) and the renovations to most of the common areas were impressive. We will definitely vacation there again!
