Great location for frequent trips to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and the onsite amenities are fantastic and enough to keep you at the resort if that’s your preference. I loved having multiple rooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home and made it an easy trip with kids.

Don’t bother stay at the Holiday Inn Express nearby. Do not eat at the deli, the food is disgusting, the girl was on her phone easily stressed out, rude to other guests. Their sales gimmick for the time share is a joke. Avoid this place at all cost.

We had a signature room during our last stay and enjoyed it so much we rebooked it. Unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned. There were water stains around the faucets and the toilets had rings. There was dust on the surfaces. At the premium price, we would hope for clean bathrooms to be a minimum requirement.

Everything I thought I was gonna get to do there, I didnt- except the pool...but nothing else... everything closes at 7pm when we are still out seeing the sights...and you had to pay separate for everything that was assumed to be free( bowling, putt putt, ECT )

We had a wonderful stay here! As a family of 4 we loved the space of the apt and everything the resort had to offer. We booked a one-bedroom and the kids used the pull-out. Still plenty of room to walk around with the bed open. Large kitchen and loved having a washer and dryer. The kids loved the indoor pool since it was April, and it was still chilly outside. Very clean room....very well kept grounds. 10/10

The first night was good. I even gave them a 10 rating when they text and asked how we were liking our stay. Then the next 2 nights were horrible! People occupied room above us and sounded like heard of cattle until past 11pm both nights. Complained about it and they just offered to switch my room instead of sending someone to the room above and asking them to have some respect for people below them!
